Year 4 brought history to life today!

Using Opal loose parts and fantastic teamwork, they collaborated to recreate the city of Pompeii. After carefully building different areas of the ancient city, they witnessed a dramatic real-life eruption of Mount Vesuvius! A brilliant hands-on learning experience filled with creativity and excitement.

We’ve been amazed by the number of submissions and the enthusiasm for science across our school. It’s fantastic to see so many budding scientists in action! Now comes the difficult task of choosing winners—we can’t wait to study each and every entry. Well done to all who took part!
