Wed 29 Jan 2025Next week we welcome Jo Wyatt back to our Inclusion Coffee morning. A safe space to meet new people, share experiences, catch up with friends and enjoy a tea/coffee .

Did you know that regular sleep patterns are essential for your child’s mental, emotional, and physical health?
Consistent sleep routines:
•Help children feel secure and less stressed.
•Improve focus, memory, and learning.
•Boost mood and emotional resilience.
•Support healthy growth and development.
Tips for better sleep:
Stick to the same bedtime and wake-up time daily.
Limit screens at least an hour before bed.
Create a calming bedtime routine, like reading or quiet time.
A well-rested child is a happy, thriving child! Let’s make sleep a priority.
